Our 30-day promise
Not quite right? You have 30 days from the day you receive your order to return any item for a full refund — no awkward questions.
Return conditions
- Items must be unworn, unwashed and in their original condition with all tags attached.
- Sale items and one-size pieces follow the same 30-day policy.
- For hygiene reasons we can't accept returns on items that have been worn beyond trying for fit.
How to return
- Email support@gklondon.com with your order number and the items you're returning.
- We'll reply with return instructions and the return address.
- Pack the items securely — reusing our packaging is perfect — and keep your postage receipt until the refund lands.
Refunds
Refunds are processed within 5–7 working days of us receiving your return, to the original payment method. Card refunds can take a further 2–3 days to appear depending on your bank. Delivery charges are refunded when the whole order is returned or the item was faulty.
Faulty or wrong items
If something arrives damaged, faulty, or isn't what you ordered, we'll make it right — replacement or full refund including postage, your choice. Email us with a photo and your order number and we'll sort it quickly.
Exchanges
The fastest route to a different size is to return the original for a refund and place a new order, so the size you want doesn't sell out while your return travels.
Your statutory rights
Nothing in this policy affects your rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 or the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, including your 14-day right to cancel an online order.
